US employees: store is currently accepting pre-orders only. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-4 weeks for fulfillment.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be clearly noted if and when it becomes an option.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please use the size chart on the product listing for each apparel item to order the correct size.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right without making it weird!

How do I start a return for a damaged or incorrect item?

Email us at kelly@buzztag.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send next steps because chaos is not our brand.
